The KPI Sheet is where you record the numbers behind your KPIs. Enter a value against a KPI on a given date and it flows straight into your dashboards, reports and insights, so the sooner your data lands here, the sooner your charts come to life.

Find the right sheet

Open Data Entry from the sidebar. If you manage other people, use the name selector at the top left to pick whose sheet you want to work on. If you only enter your own data, the sheet opens on you and there's nothing to choose.

Along the top you'll see frequency tabs: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly. Pick the one that matches how often the KPI is measured. Each tab shows a small count of how many KPIs live at that frequency.

Enter a value

Every KPI has its own row. The blue Actual field is the number you achieved; the green Target field is what you were aiming for. Targets are only editable if you manage the account.

  1. Click into the Actual cell for the date you want.
  2. Type your number.
  3. Press Tab or click away from the cell and the value saves on its own.

That's your first data point. You can also click Save at the bottom to commit everything at once.

Move around the sheet

Use the calendar button, or the left and right chevrons, to change the date you're entering against. Switch between Single and Multi period views to see one date at a time or several side by side. To add commentary, click the notes icon on any row and type your note.

Tip: use the filter to focus on one category or just your Global KPIs when a sheet gets long. And you don't need to hunt for a save button per cell. Tabbing out of a field commits it instantly.
