The report builder is a live, page-like canvas: what you see is what recipients get. You build a report by stacking sections, then reorder and tune them until the story reads the way you want.

Add a section

The palette runs down the left side of the page. Each icon adds one section to the bottom of the report. You have six to choose from:

  • Summary: a rich-text block for your own commentary. You can also write it with AI.
  • Status overview: a count of your KPIs by status (on track, off track, missing data).
  • Chart: a single KPI chart, with the type and KPIs you pick.
  • Off-track items: the KPIs that missed target over the period.
  • Biggest changes: the top movers by percentage change.
  • KPI table: a table of several KPIs side by side.

Build and arrange

  1. Click a palette icon to add a section.
  2. Click a section to open it, then set its options and click Save on that section.
  3. Hover a section to reveal its edit, move up, move down and delete controls.
  4. Set the report's date range using the calendar at the top right. Every section follows it.
  5. Click Save in the top bar to save the whole report.

Turn on Compare (next to the date picker) to show each section against the previous period: charts overlay a muted prior series and figures show the change.

Give each section a short heading while editing. Clear it and the heading bar disappears entirely, leaving a clean printable block. From the More menu you can also download the report as a PDF.
