Make SimpleKPI feel like your own. A brand icon and colour give the app a familiar look for your whole team, and a couple of surface toggles let you tune how it feels day to day.

Upload your brand icon

Your icon shows in the sidebar. It's the first thing your team sees each morning.

  1. Go to Settings → Customize.
  2. Under Upload your brand icon, click Upload new image and pick a file.
  3. Use a PNG, JPG, or WebP up to 2MB, ideally square (1:1).
  4. Click Save. To go back to the default, click Remove.

Set your brand colour

Your brand colour tints buttons, highlights, and accents throughout the app. The page updates live as you choose, so you can see the result before you save.

  1. Pick one of the preset swatches, type a hex value, or click the palette icon to open the colour picker.
  2. Watch the preview swatch update as you go.
  3. Click Save, or Reset to return to the default colour.

Tune the look

  • Use light sidebar menu — the sidebar is a dark glass rail by default; switch this on to paint it with a light surface instead. (It's fixed to the dark rail while the page theme is set to Dark.)
  • Show brand halos — the soft brand-coloured glow on page backgrounds. Turn it off for a flatter look.

This page is best on a desktop — logo upload and the colour picker are fiddly on a phone. Your colour choice applies live before you save, so experiment freely, then click Save when it looks right.
