Inviting is the fastest way to bring several people in at once. You enter a name, email, and role for each person, and SimpleKPI creates each user and emails them their invite in one step. It's ideal for onboarding a team.

Invite a batch of people
You can invite up to ten people at a time. Each invite email carries a link that verifies their email and lets them join; until they click it, they show as Pending on the Users page.
- On the Users page, open the menu next to Add a User and choose Invite users.
- For each person, enter their full name, email, and role.
- Click Add another to add a row, up to the maximum of ten.
- Click the send button to create everyone and email their invites.
If someone hasn't accepted yet
A person who hasn't clicked their invite stays Pending. Their row on the Users page shows a Resend button that sends the invite email again with a fresh link. Use it if the first email was missed or expired.
Rows that send successfully drop off the list as they go, so if one fails you can fix it and send again without re-sending the ones that already went. Invite emails are only useful to people who haven't signed in yet, so there's nothing to resend once they're active.
