Integrating Data from other applications

As well as entering data manually, using the API and uploading spreadsheets you can also automate data integrations from other online applications

Connecting to a data source

One of the easiest ways to integrate from another data source is to use the connection wizard when you first access your SimpleKPI account


You can also integrate data at any time by using the data source management tab, to integrate with an existing data source:

  1. Go to the Manage my : Data Sources tab
  2. Click the Add a Data Source button
  3. Browse and select the data source you would like integrated with SimpleKPI
  4. You will be asked to enter your login details to access your existing account

Once your file has been successfully linked to your data source you will be asked which account you would like to integrate (you may have more than one account with any data source)

You also have the option of selecting which KPIs from your data source you would like to integrate into your account.


Once you are happy with your selection click get data.

Your Data Source will now appear in your date sources management screen. You can edit the data source, delete the data source and add additional data sources.


Data sources get updated periodically, to refresh the data source at any time click the 'Get Data' button
